In accordance with Article 150 of Law No. 29571, the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, this establishment maintains a Complaints Book available to consumers.

The provider shall respond to the complaint or grievance within no more than thirty (30) calendar days, which may be extended for an equal period when the nature of the complaint justifies it, in which case the consumer shall be notified before the initial deadline expires.
