Data without a platform is just noise
A DMS camera that detects fatigue, an ADAS sensor that measures distance, a GPS that records speed — each device generates valuable data. But if that data lives in separate systems without context or traceability, the fleet manager ends up navigating multiple screens without being able to act quickly. Endeavant Cloud exists to solve exactly that problem.
What is Endeavant Cloud
Endeavant Cloud is a web platform that centralizes all your fleet's safety and operational data in one place. Accessible from any device with a browser — computer, tablet, or phone — with no app or software installation required. It uses real-time update technology (Server-Sent Events) so data refreshes automatically without reloading the page. Five modules cover every aspect of fleet management:
1. Alert Monitoring — The operations center
The heart of the platform. It receives every alert generated by DMS and ADAS cameras in real time, organized into more than 29 alert types across 4 categories:
- DMS (Driver Status): fatigue, severe fatigue, distraction N1/N2, phone use, yawning, smoking, camera obstruction, driver absence, no seatbelt, lateral gaze, dark sunglasses, driver change.
- ADAS (Driving Assistance): forward collision, left/right lane departure, insufficient following distance, pedestrian detection, crosswalk speeding, pedestrian collision, rollover.
- Blind Spots: left blind spot, right blind spot (generated by BSD radar).
- Aggressive Driving: rapid acceleration, harsh braking, sharp left/right turn, frequent yawning.
Each alert includes event video, GPS location, speed, date, and time. The operator can classify each alert as true or false positive, add comments, and send WhatsApp notifications with a link to the video. Alerts have three risk levels (high, medium, low) with differentiated audio alarms. The workflow is: pending, reviewed, resolved — with full traceability of the operator who processed each event. Alerts expire after 20 minutes to keep the queue focused on what is urgent.
2. Equipment Diagnostics — Fleet health
Displays the health status of every MDVR device installed in the fleet, combining connectivity, hardware, and sensor data. The KPI panel provides an at-a-glance view of:
- Connection status: online vs. offline devices, with filters by days disconnected (3, 7, 15, 30 days).
- ACC (engine): which vehicles have their engine running right now.
- GPS: satellite fix status and antenna quality. Automatic detection of open antenna (open circuit).
- Recording: whether the MDVR is actively recording. Immediate alert if it stops recording.
- Disk: MDVR internal storage status.
- 4G Signal: cellular signal quality (SNR 0-5) for data transmission.
The module includes an integrated maintenance system: automatic work orders when a fault is detected, technician assignment, priorities (high, medium, low), and automatic closure when the fault is resolved. You can filter by vehicles with no events in X days to detect obstructed or silently failing cameras.
3. Location — Real-time GPS tracking
Interactive map showing each vehicle's position in real time, with color-coded markers by status: green (moving), yellow (stopped with engine on), orange (stopped), red (offline). Features include:
- Trip history: select a vehicle and date range to view the complete route with distance, duration, average/maximum speed, and stop statistics.
- Animated replay: route playback with the marker moving across the map at x1, x2, x5, or x10 speed.
- Geofences: configurable virtual zones with automatic entry and exit alerts. Ideal for controlling authorized routes and exclusion zones.
- Live video: direct streaming from any online vehicle with one click from the vehicle card.
- Status filters: filter by moving, stopped, or offline vehicles to focus on what is relevant.
4. Video Management — Evidence on demand
Complete access to recordings from all camera channels installed in each vehicle (DMS, ADAS, cabin, side, dump body, reverse). Features include:
- Live streaming: real-time video from any channel of any online vehicle.
- Range search: select vehicle, channels, and date/time range to find specific recordings.
- Visual timeline: color-coded availability bars by channel showing periods with available recordings.
- Multi-channel playback: simultaneous grid of multiple cameras to see the full context of the event.
- Download queue: add clips to a managed download queue, with sequential downloads to avoid overloading the MDVR.
- Scheduled downloads: schedule video downloads for low-demand hours (overnight), with notification upon completion.
Video is not just evidence — it is the most effective tool for training drivers with real-world cases. Each clip linked to an alert includes the full context: what happened, where, at what speed, and the operator's response.
5. Configuration — Fully customizable control
Administration panel with five sections:
- Alerts: configure which alerts are active, their risk level (high, medium, low), and sensitivity thresholds. Configuration by group, sub-fleet, or individual vehicle, with automatic inheritance from the parent.
- Drivers: driver registry with ID, license (type and expiration), contact information. Color indicator for expired or soon-to-expire licenses. Driver-vehicle assignment with shifts (day/night).
- Users: access management with per-module permissions. A supervisor can have access only to Monitoring, a technician only to Diagnostics. Automatic synchronization with the fleet management platform.
- Technicians: maintenance technician registry for assignment to service requests.
- Problem Types: standardized fault type catalog to maintain consistency in maintenance reports.
Driver ranking: data that changes behavior
Endeavant Cloud generates an automatic driver ranking based on the number and severity of alerts received. This system turns raw data into actionable insights: it identifies the highest-risk drivers for targeted training and recognizes those who maintain exemplary performance. The ranking updates automatically and allows tracking each driver's monthly evolution. Experience shows that simply measuring and publishing the ranking reduces risk events on a sustained basis.
KPI Dashboard and 360° visibility
Endeavant Cloud integrates data from DMS cameras, ADAS systems, and GPS into a single interface with KPI dashboards that show the overall fleet status at a glance. It is not about having more technology — it is about making all installed technology work together to deliver a 360° view of fleet safety. From a driver's fatigue event to a device's connection status, everything is just one click away. All accessible from any browser, no app, no installation.
